Keynote Speaker: Joel Smith

        Joel is 30 year veteran Local Pastor, Coach, Consultant. He has church planted and been a part of a variety of different churches. He has been a great resource and coach to the elders at Crossroads Church in the last few years. A great heart for the Lord and spiritual formation, mind for doctrine, and sense of humor- he will be a great guide for us on our retreat!
