"THANKSLIVING"

Our time together was devoted to celebration as we pressed into a godly perspective of hope. Acknowledging that there are many things that can steal our joy, we focused on why we CHOOSE a life of Thankfulness.

We celebrated recent God stories and sang songs of praise. The Bible teaching gave us 4 reasons why we could choose ThanksLiving (and used testimonies to illustrate the reasons).

1. Who God is. (2 Chronicles 20:1-30)

2. God uses the little things for BIG. (Col. 4:2)

3. Thankful outlooks fight against temptation. (Gen. 39:8-9)

4. God inhabits the praises of His people. (Psalm 22:3)

This week, before your feet hit the floor in the morning, why not start with 3 things you are thankful to God for! May your personal reflections this week be full of thankfulness.
