Using the genealogies of Luke 3 and Matthew and the writings of some of Jesus' closest discples (John and Peter), we handle some important questions as we head into 2021. These questions inlcude:
1. WHO is part of the family of God? (Luke 3, Matt 1, John 1:11-13, 1 John 3:1-3)
2. WHAT does a healthy family of God look like? (Acts 2:42-47)
3. HOW do we live as this family? (1 Peter 2:4-12)
-Hint: know our true identity and act accordingly
Action Steps:
- Spend Regular time w Heavenly Father- Word (read/listen), pray
- Be Responsible at Home to cultivate God-fearing, people-loving
- Carry that Identity wherever you go- work, neighbors, etc)
